Anthony Boey

Anthony Boey, Ph.D, currently serves as Senior Director of Drug Product CMC at Xenon Pharmaceuticals Inc., overseeing a wide range of responsibilities including formulation development, cGMP manufacture, and strategic planning for clinical and commercial drug product operations. Prior to this role, Anthony held senior positions at adMare BioInnovations and CDRD, where significant contributions were made to pharmaceutical development and formulations. With extensive experience spanning over two decades in the pharmaceutical industry, Anthony has managed various aspects of drug development, from preformulation to tech transfer, across multiple organizations including Mylan Institutional, QLT Inc., and Angiotech Pharmaceuticals. Anthony possesses a strong educational background with a Ph.D. in Biophysics/Polymer Sciences from Simon Fraser University, alongside degrees in Materials Science and a Bachelor of Science with Double Honors.
