Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and online retail. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store dedicated to organic body care and environmental products. Additionally, Mariana has worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and formerly owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana's experience includes serving as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
