David MacIag

David Maciag has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. David is currently the Inside Sales Director at Xeris Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where they lead the sales team. Prior to this, they worked at CVS Health as the Director of Enterprise Learning & Development for seven years, managing a large team and overseeing the design and delivery of learning programs. Before that, they served as the Sr. Manager of Learning & Development at Health Care Service Corporation, collaborating with leadership to align learning programs with organizational goals. David also worked as the Manager of Learning & Development at Equity Office Properties, where they were responsible for training and vendor management. David began their career as a Training Manager at Jones Day.

David Maciag earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Computer Science from St. Xavier University, Chicago, during the period of 1990 to 1994. David then went on to pursue a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Human Performance and Training from Governors State University from 1996 to 1998. Finally, from 2004 to 2007, David completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Leadership at New York Institute of Technology.
