Joshua Bennett serves as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Xeris Pharmaceuticals, Inc., leading the XP-8121 development program since 2024. Previously, as Principal at Laminar Flow Advisors (2023-2024), Bennett emphasized the integration of strategy, portfolio, and team collaboration to drive growth.
