Megan Elias

Megan Elias has had a progressive career in product management and merchandising, starting as a Strategy Analyst at Highbridge Capital Management in 2008. Megan transitioned to roles with increasing responsibility at companies like New Balance, Honeywell, and Crocs, where they served as Sr. Manager for Sandals category. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Product Merchandising at Xero Shoes since November 2023.

Megan Elias holds a BS in Communication with a concentration in Political Science from Boston University. Megan also received a Chef certificate specializing in Savory & Pastry from the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts. Additionally, they completed a Business Certificate through the NYU Stern School of Business's Stern Advantage Summer Business Program.
