Jake Dykeman

Jake Dykeman is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in management and quality assurance. At Xero Solar, Jake holds multiple roles including Engineering Manager and Quality Assurance Manager, alongside responsibilities as Monitoring and Evaluation Supervisor, Business Systems Administrator, Project Manager, and Project Engineer since August 2019. Previously, Jake worked at Medtronic as a Supplier Quality Engineer for a few months in 2019, and served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the UC Davis Department of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science from May 2017 to June 2018. Early career experiences include a supervisory role at Jersey Mike's Subs from June 2013 to March 2016 and an internship as a Materials Engineer Intern at Northrop Grumman in 2014. Jake Dykeman earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, between 2014 and 2018.
