Shannon Crouch

Shannon Crouch is an experienced project manager currently serving as a Senior Commercial Project Manager at Xero Solar since June 2021, where responsibilities include managing solar construction for high-end residential and commercial projects, alongside project estimating, scheduling, and stakeholder communication. Prior to Xero Solar, Shannon held the position of General Manager at Crouch Construction Inc from September 2015 to June 2021, managing marketing, administration, and accounting. Shannon also has a robust background in database marketing, having served as Database Marketing Manager at Fandango from April 2013 to September 2015, where strategies for email and mobile channels were developed to engage over 17 million subscribers. Earlier experience includes roles at EMI Music Publishing, where Shannon led digital marketing strategies and coordinated marketing campaigns. Shannon holds a BS in Business with a minor in Music Industry from the University of Southern California.
