Anna Mach

Anna Mach is a Global Talent Specialist at Xero, where significant achievements include improving diversity metrics through hiring by 50% in South Africa and 54-58% in the UK and EMEA regions within the first two quarters of FY25. Previously, Anna served as a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Advisor, co-founding the UK & EMEA Ethnicities Employee Resource Group and designing a global inclusive hiring toolkit.
