Ben Squires is a Principal Reward Consultant at Xero, where they currently enhance reward strategies. Previously, Ben worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Lincoln University and served in various analytical and managerial roles at organizations such as Airways New Zealand and Lloyds Banking Group. They began their career in education as a Business English Teacher at City Polytechnic and have cultivated a diverse skill set in remuneration analysis and portfolio management throughout their professional journey. Ben holds a BA with honors in War Studies from King's College London and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from The University of Hong Kong.
