Brendan Lester

Brendan Lester is a seasoned Senior QA Automation Engineer at Xero since September 2024, with extensive experience in consulting and technical roles across various organizations. Prior to this, Brendan served as a Senior Principal Consultant at TTC from January 2019 to September 2024, where responsibilities included consulting on platforms and development in both Cloud and on-premise environments, as well as engaging in pre-sales activities throughout New Zealand. Brendan's consulting roles at the Ministry of Education, NZ Customs, Kainga Ora, and MBIE showcased expertise in automation and performance testing, architectural analysis, and integration modernization. Previously, Brendan held notable positions at FINEOS, where foundational work in integration and development was undertaken, making significant contributions to the ACC Pathway system. With a career spanning various technologies and roles since 1996, Brendan is recognized for enhancing processes, improving system visibility, and advocating for continuous testing and improvement. Education includes an Advanced Certificate in Business Computing, Software Development from Hutt Valley Polytechnic.
