Damien Coleman

Damien is a legal and governance professional and leader with more than 20 years’ experience advising senior management and boards. Prior to joining Xero Damien was Company Secretary and Deputy Group General Counsel at Telstra. Damien holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) and a Bachelor of Economics from the Australian National University. He is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
