Elizabeth Day

Elizabeth Day is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in global strategy and operations. Currently serving as the Executive General Manager at Xero since May 2021, Elizabeth has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including General Manager for Global Strategy in Apps and Services and Financial Services. Prior to Xero, Elizabeth spent nearly seven years at McKinsey & Company as an Associate Partner, and also held positions as a Senior Policy Officer and Senior Legal Policy Officer at the Department of Premier and Cabinet (Vic). Elizabeth's career began at Allens Arthur Robinson as a Lawyer focused on Mergers & Acquisitions and Energy & Resources. Educationally, Elizabeth holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne, along with additional law studies at Georgetown University Law Center and Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
