Fatheha Kathun

Fatheha Kathun has extensive experience in content design and customer experience, currently serving as a Global Content Designer for Sales Enablement at Xero since April 2016, where responsibilities include assessing training needs and understanding instructional design processes. Previously, Fatheha held the role of Customer Experience Specialist at Xero, addressing client issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining high standards of communication. Prior experience includes a position in Credit Services at TSYS and as a Pharmacy Counter Assistant at Sainsburys Pharmacy. Fatheha holds a BSc in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Buckingham.
