Gigi Demming

GiGi Demming is an experienced UX research professional currently serving as VP of UX Research at Xero since July 2025. Previously, GiGi held the position of Director of UX Research at Roblox from October 2023 to July 2025 and served in various roles at Google from July 2018 to November 2023, including UX Site Lead and Staff UX Researcher. GiGi's career also includes roles as International Head of UX at Condé Nast International, UX Research Manager at Guardian News & Media, and Senior User Researcher at Sony Computer Entertainment Europe. GiGi began as a Principal Consultant at Amberlight, focusing on user-centered design consulting across multiple platforms. GiGi holds an MSc in Human Computer Interaction with Ergonomics from UCL and a BSc in Biopsychology and Cognitive Science from the University of Michigan.
