Hazel Foss

Hazel Foss is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Head of Operations for the UK at Xero since October 2022. Prior to this role, Hazel held various positions at Oracle from February 2017 to October 2022, including Director of Global Operations, Product and Strategy for Oracle for Startups, where responsibilities encompassed project management, finance, and customer experience, leading a global team. As a senior manager, Hazel contributed to the founding team of Oracle for Startups, overseeing strategy development and regional growth. Earlier experience includes a delivery management role at Barclays, where Hazel launched the Barclays innovation community and managed key innovation projects. Hazel also participated in the Future Leaders Development Programme at Barclays, focusing on technology and innovation. Previous roles at Barclaycard and BP involved strategic data analysis and forecasting. Hazel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Bristol.
