Lauren Burton

Lauren Burton is a seasoned professional in business operations and technology, currently serving as Senior Business Operations in Product & Technology at Xero since August 2021. Lauren also holds the position of Co-Founder and COO at Picky Images. Previous roles include Head of Hive and Executive Producer at FCB New Zealand from July 2016 to August 2021 and Project Integration Consultant at MediaWorks NZ for a brief period in 2016. Lauren's career began with roles in production and management at 99 and MediaWorks NZ, with significant experience in marketing and media studies. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies from Victoria University of Wellington, as well as a degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Leeds.
