Lauren Percy

Lauren Percy is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in engineering and architecture. Currently, Lauren serves as the Head of Engineering for Xero Payroll, overseeing software engineering teams for payroll products in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. Previously, Lauren held leadership positions at Auckland Airport, where a technology strategy was revamped under guidance, and Kotahi Logistics LP Ltd, contributing to technology strategy and implementation of cloud infrastructure. Lauren's career journey includes roles at IBM Global Business Services, where enterprise-level architecture consulting was performed, and earlier positions as a software developer at Peace Software, Microsoft, and Compac Sorting Equipment. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Computer Science and Mathematics from The University of Auckland.
