Linda Postniece

Linda Postniece is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and analytics. Currently serving as Team Lead in Engineering at Xero since January 2021, Linda has successfully led a team of engineers, focusing on mentoring, refining processes, and facilitating collaboration across various stakeholders. Prior to Xero, Linda held key positions at the Australian Government and The Australian National University, where contributions included developing big data analytics solutions and leading student performance analytics projects. Additional experience includes roles at CSIRO's Data61, Oracle Corporation, Google, and Computer Systems Australia, showcasing a diverse skill set in software engineering, data analytics, and technical leadership. Linda holds a PhD in Computer Science from The Australian National University.
