Matt Willis BA (Hons) has extensive experience in data migration and client management, currently serving as the Data Migration Technical Lead at Xero since November 2016, where efforts focus on enhancing global migration services. Previously, as Data Migration Manager, Matt developed processes and tools for secure data conversion and initiated a free service for global partners. Earlier roles include Partner Consultant at Xero, where collaboration with accountants aimed to optimize their use of Xero and related apps. Prior to Xero, Matt held positions at Marsland Nash Associates Ltd, Francis Clark Chartered Accountants, and A4G LLP, managing client relationships and IT operations. Matt holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting & Finance from the University of Brighton and additional qualifications from BPP Professional Education.
