Michael Chmielewski

Michael Chmielewski is a highly experienced product and engineering manager with a strong focus on product vision, strategy, and execution. Currently serving as a Senior Group Product Manager at Xero since March 2020, Michael leads cross-functional teams to enhance communication and collaboration across business units. Previously, at REA Group, responsibilities included product vision development, competitor assessment, and managing customer relations and junior product managers. Michael's career also includes significant roles at Deloitte Digital, where management of national engineering competencies and client engagement were key, alongside earlier positions focused on front-end development. Michael holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Multimedia Technology from Swinburne University of Technology.
