Steve Exley is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in DevOps and software engineering. Currently serving as Development Team Lead at Xero since July 2022, Steve previously held the position of DevOps Engineering Manager at Megaport, where key achievements included leading a technology transformation to Kubernetes and delivering on ISO27001 standards. Steve's career also encompasses roles such as AWS Solutions Consultant at Itoc Australia and Infrastructure & Security Engineer at Credit Sense Australia, along with earlier positions in various companies including Mayden and Future Publishing. Steve holds a Master of Engineering degree in Embedded Software Development and Processor Architecture from Loughborough University.
