Bill Castle is a Chief Diversity Officer and VP of HR Business Processes at Xerox, where they have worked since 2012. With over 40 years of diversified HR experience, Bill currently oversees Diversity and Inclusion, HR Systems deployment, Corporate Staffing, and Global HR Operations, supporting 140,000 managers and employees across more than 60 countries. Bill also served as the interim CHRO for the corporation in 2015. Bill holds a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration from The University of Memphis and a BA in French from Benedictine College.
