Billy Spears

Billy Spears served as Lexmark’s Senior Vice President and Chief Product Delivery Officer, responsible for hardware and supplies development, supply chain, manufacturing and service delivery. Following the Xerox acquisition, Mr. Spears is now the Chief Development and Delivery Officer at Xerox.

Other previous roles include vice president of global service operations, director of supplies operations and manufacturing, director of corporate real estate and facilities, and director of cost management. Spears has been with Lexmark since 1997, holding various staff and management positions in finance, human resources, engineering and supply chain.

Spears holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Kentucky. 

He serves on the board of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Supply Chain Advisory Board for Eastern Kentucky University. He also serves as the executive sponsor of Linked, an advocacy group for young professionals within Lexmark.
