Cate Roth

Cate Roth has extensive experience in IT audit, internal controls, and project management, primarily with Xerox Corporation since 1999, where currently serves as Sr. Manager of Global IT Audit and Controls Assurance. In this role, Roth leads a global team focusing on IT risk assessment, SOX compliance, and coordination with internal and external audit teams. Previous roles at Xerox include Program Manager and Internal Controls Manager, where management of North America's Sarbanes-Oxley Program was a key responsibility. Prior to Xerox, Roth held various managerial positions at Eastman Kodak, including managing engineers in product commercialization and enhancing customer satisfaction ratings significantly in technical support. Roth's early career included managing a service business at GE Healthcare. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Operations Management and Information Systems from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University at Albany.
