Monte Sheppard

Monte Sheppard is an experienced security management professional, currently serving as the Regional Security Manager for Canada at Xerox since March 2021. Prior to this role, Monte held various positions at Great Canadian Gaming Corporation, including Surveillance Manager and Site Transition Lead, from January 2018 to August 2020. Monte has an extensive background in surveillance and security operations, having worked at OLG from March 2000 to January 2018 in multiple roles such as Site Transition Lead, Surveillance Manager, Assistant Surveillance Manager, Surveillance Supervisor, and Surveillance Operator. Early career experience includes serving as Site Security Supervisor/Patrol Supervisor/M.L.E.O at Intertec Security from December 1998 to March 2000. Monte's educational background includes a Diploma of Education in Police Sciences from Humber College and further training from institutions such as the Disney Institute and the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
