Rita Santos Jorge

Rita Santos Jorge has extensive experience in service experience and operations management, currently serving as VP of Service Experience Global Transformation and EMEA Operations at Xerox. Previous roles include VP of Global Service Experience Transformation and Global Business Lead for CC Transformation. Rita has also held positions as Operations Manager at Fujitsu Services, Service Desk Manager at Logica, Consultant at noLimits Consulting, and Knowledge Manager at Oniway. Rita holds a degree from Instituto Politécnico de Lisboa - Escola Superior de Comunicação Social, obtained between 1994 and 1997.
