Ruud Scheerder is an experienced Project- and Procurement Manager, currently engaged in interim roles for Corporate Social Responsibility at Xerox and as a Circular Buyer for Gemeente Urk. As the Founder and Consultant at RS Sustainability, Ruud specializes in assisting companies and public organizations in achieving sustainable and circular objectives. Over the years, Ruud has held various significant positions, including Project Manager for EU tenders in textile and sustainable workwear, and has contributed to sustainable procurement initiatives at multiple organizations. Ruud's educational background includes degrees and qualifications from esteemed institutions such as Erasmus University Rotterdam and NEVI, focusing on sustainable procurement and public procurement law. Ruud also actively participates in the NEN Technical Committee on Circular textile.
