Scott Smithley has extensive experience in both coaching and technical support. As Co-Owner and Coach at Allegheny Volleyball Club since October 2013, Scott has contributed to the development of players competing at the Regional Level in the Keystone Region. In addition, Scott has been a Production Analyst at Xerox since July 2008, providing pre and post-sale support for production equipment and leading technical implementations for major accounts. Prior experience includes serving as Director at Business Alternatives Inc. from July 2005 to July 2008, and as a Sr. Application Engineer at Document Solutions, Inc. from January 1997 to July 2005. Scott holds a degree in Business Management from Washington and Jefferson College, earned between 1989 and 1993.
