Production Support Analyst II at American Equity

Clinton Eshelman has extensive work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Clinton began their career at Primerica as a District Manager, where they focused on implementing financial plans, educating individuals on insurance and retirement planning, and obtaining an Iowa Life Insurance License. Clinton then worked at American Equity, starting as an Annuity Service Technician and later becoming a Commissions Service Specialist. In these roles, they handled back-commissions, processed withdrawal requests, and took inbound/outbound calls. Clinton also held positions at American Equity as an Annuity Claims Specialist and Annuity Claims Administrator, where they reviewed claim paperwork and provided assistance to beneficiaries, policyholders, and agents. Clinton additionally served in the Iowa Army National Guard, holding various leadership roles such as Mortar Squad Leader, Mortar Section Sgt, Platoon Sergeant, and First Sergeant.
