Ali Bahaloo

Ali Bahaloo has a diverse work experience in software engineering and management roles. Currently, they are a Senior Manager of Engineering at Accolite Digital, where they focus on people management, career development, and leadership. Ali provides resources and support for the professional growth of individuals by empowering teams and setting them up for success. Prior to this, Ali served as a Software Engineering Manager II at Article and a Software Engineering Manager at Scompler. Ali also held the position of Senior Lead Software Engineer at ScribbleLive and Lead Software Engineer at Synaptop. Additionally, Ali has worked as a Software Engineer at Pikmemo, Lucova Inc., and NAGA Architects, Engineers, Designers, Planners. Ali also gained research and development experience at the IT University of Gothenburg, where they worked as a Researcher/Developer and a Researcher.

Ali Bahaloo has a diverse education history. In 2007, they obtained a degree in Software Engineering and Management, specifically a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.), from the University of Gothenburg. In the same year, they also received a certification in Windows, Web, and Distributed Applications with .NET Framework 2.0 from SitesPower.

In 2013, Ali attended Ryerson University for Computer and Information Technology but did not obtain a degree. However, in 2015, they briefly attended Ryerson University again, this time studying Project Management.

Lastly, in 2018, Ali obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through Knowledgehut. This certification is accredited by the Scrum Alliance and was obtained in November of that year.
