Ben Young, CBAP, has a diverse work experience that spans over several positions and companies. Ben is currently working at Xevant as an IT Project Manager since June 2020. Previously, they worked at Prestige Financial Services for a total of 11 years. In their most recent role at Prestige Financial Services, they served as a Project Manager from January 2020 to April 2020. During this time, Ben Young developed and implemented processes for initiating, evaluating, and executing projects based on expected business outcomes and returns. Ben also coordinated cross-departmental initiatives to create a new scoring model for loans and developed an origination platform for loan decisions. Prior to that, Ben Young served as the Director of Business Analysis and Product Owner at Prestige Financial Services from September 2013 to January 2020. In this role, they effectively analyzed and executed business goals, deadlines, budgets, and resources. Ben also led Business Analyst and Product Owner activities and played a role in implementing product committees using Design Thinking Methodologies. Ben Young began their career at Prestige Financial Services as an Operations Analyst from September 2007 to August 2011, where they managed day-to-day operations, maintained vendor relationships, and analyzed department processes to identify defects in business models.

Ben Young, CBAP, has a strong educational background in both the sciences and consumer studies. In 2008, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Consumer and Community at the University of Utah. Following this, from 2011 to 2012, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Biomedical Sciences at Midwestern University (AZ).

In addition to their academic achievements, Ben Young also holds relevant certifications. In 2016, they obtained the CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification from the IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis). Ben also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com, which they obtained in May 2020.
