Jules Pieri

Jules Pieri is an experienced professional who currently serves as an Investing Partner at XFactor Ventures, focusing on female founders and mixed-gender teams. Jules is also a President's Council Board Member at the University of Michigan, an Entrepreneur in Residence at Harvard Business School, and holds advisory roles in various other organizations. Pieri is a co-founder and former CEO of The Grommet, and has extensive experience in business development and strategy from their time at Hasbro. Jules holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BFA in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, and French from the University of Michigan.
