Shana Palmieri, LCSW, is the Chief Clinical Officer & Co-Founder at XFERALL, an innovative mobile application that matches patients' needs to appropriate care. Shana also serves as an Instructor at Federal Employment Law Training Group and as the Managing Partner of Clinical Education & Consulting at HLECN. Previously, Shana worked as the Director of Community Services Division at KALIHI-PALAMA HEALTH CENTER and as the Director of Behavioral Health Services at The George Washington University Hospital. With a MSW in Clinical/Medical Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania, Shana brings a wealth of experience in clinical social work, management, and strategic planning to their various roles.
