Lalitha T

Lalitha T has been working in the recruitment field since 2012. Lalitha began their career as a Technical Recruiter at TSG Inc (GVP). Lalitha then moved to Helios & Matheson as an Executive-Client Services in 2013. In 2014, they joined KRG Technologies Inc. as a Sr. Lead Recruiter, where they provided end-to-end recruitment process in US Staffing and had good client coordination and team handling. In 2016, they joined Sensiple as a Lead Associate - IT Recruitment (GRO) and was later promoted to Sr. Talent Acquisition - GRO. Here they were involved in HR activities, supported internal and external hiring, and managed a team of 6-8 recruiters. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Themesoft Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Lead and Xforia Technology Solutions and Services as an Account Manager.

Lalitha T has a Bachelor of Commerce in Computers from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, which they completed in 2010. Lalitha then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, which they completed in 2012. Currently, they are completing their Master of Commerce (Distance) from Sri Venkateswara University.
