Luis Serra

Luis Serra has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies.

Starting in 2014, they worked at Gigaoffice as a Multi-function Printers Technician for five years, until March 2019.

In 2019, they joined Glartek as a DevOps Engineer and Network Administrator, where they worked until October 2020.

From November 2020 onwards, Luis worked at xgeeks as a DevOps Engineer. In June 2022, they were promoted to the role of Team Lead & DevOps Engineer at the same company.

Luis Serra obtained a Licentiate degree in Engenharia Informatica from the Polytechnic of Leiria, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Later, in 2020, they enrolled again at the Polytechnic of Leiria to pursue a Mestrado degree in Cibersegurança e Informática Forense, which they completed in 2022. In addition to their academic degrees, Luis Serra also obtained several certifications. In September 2020, they received the "Formação Pedagógica Inicial de Formadores" certification from IEFP. Luis further enhanced their skills by earning the "GitOps Fundamentals" certification from Codefresh in October 2022, followed by the "GitOps at Scale" certification in November 2022, also from Codefresh. Furthermore, in February 2022, Luis Serra obtained the "CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator" certification from The Linux Foundation.
