Susan Badia

Susan Badia has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Susan is currently the Chief Executive Officer of XGen Pharmaceuticals DJB, a position they have held since September 2019. Before that, Susan served as the President of X-GEN Pharmaceuticals Inc. from June 2003 onward. Prior to their role at X-GEN Pharmaceuticals, they worked at Pharma-Tek Inc. as the Assistant to the President from August 1992 to June 2003.

Susan Badia attended Arizona State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Political Science and Government. Susan then went on to attend Pepperdine Law, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree with a specialization in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
