Aqib Naveed

Aqib Naveed has a diverse work experience in software engineering roles. In 2020, they were a React Native Developer at Immentia, where they primarily worked on React Native and Flutter, with some exposure to React JS. Aqib integrated Firebase into a React JS project and created a Chat App using GraphQl API.

During the same year, Aqib was also a Founding Member at Cricset.pk, a platform dedicated to cricket coverage on social media, where they played a role in creating the platform alongside two friends.

In 2020, they worked as a React/Node Developer at SOFTOO as an intern. Aqib mainly focused on creating web pages using React, Node, and Express framework. Aqib also gained experience with TypeScript and was involved in creating tickets and assigning stories for sprints during their internships.

Most recently, Aqib joined Xgrid.co in 2022 as a Software Engineer II. In this role, they interpret required data in different sets of Charts in the mobile app using Flutter. Aqib utilizes Bloc State Management for maintaining app state and implements Google API for location and map features in Flutter.

Aqib Naveed started their education in 2011 at the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Rawalpindi, where they pursued a Matric degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Computer Science. From 2013 to 2015, they attended Punjab College of Information Technology in Rawalpindi, focusing on Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science for their Intermediate degree. Subsequently, Aqib pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at COMSATS University Islamabad from 2015 to 2020.
