Josh Prueher

Josh Prueher is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the energy sector and finance. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at XGS Energy since April 2023, Josh is also a Managing Partner at Greenflash Infrastructure since March 2017. Previous roles include Founder, Managing Partner, and CFO of Broad Reach Power from July 2019 to July 2022, and CEO and Founder of FlexGen® from April 2009 to December 2020. Prior to entering the energy industry, Josh held the position of Vice President at Goldman Sachs from July 2004 to March 2009 and served as a Lieutenant in the US Navy from May 1996 to September 2004. Josh earned an MBA from the University of Oxford and a B.S. in History from the United States Naval Academy.
