笑谭 is currently the employer branding lead at 小红书, with prior experience as the employer branding and market branding professional at 快手 from 2018 to 2020 and at 蓝色光标传播集团 from 2016 to 2018. They have also contributed to Samsung Electronics in employer branding and corporate culture from 2013 to 2016. 笑谭 holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from 中国人民大学, earned between 2015 and 2017, and completed a Bachelor's degree in Advertising at 黑龙江大学 from 2008 to 2012.
