Maddie McKechnie

Maddie McKechnie started their career in 2015 as a Customer Assistant at Boots UK, where they worked until March 2021. In April 2021, they joined Harnham as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and held this position until October 2022. Currently, they are working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Xiatech starting from October 2022.

Maddie McKechnie began their education in 2016 at the University of Reading, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Maddie studied at the university until 2019. Following their undergraduate studies, Maddie enrolled at the University of Sussex in 2019, completing a Master of Arts degree in International Relations in 2020.
