Mike Clarke

Mike Clarke is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in various leadership roles across manufacturing and engineering sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at Xibitz, Inc since September 2021, Mike previously held positions including Senior Program Manager and Project Leader II at Haworth from June 2015 to September 2021. Mike's career also includes a lengthy tenure at Root-Lowell Manufacturing Co. where roles ranged from Director of Product Management & Engineering to Engineering Manager, spanning nearly two decades. Earlier experience includes product development and engineering roles at Eaton Technologies from 1987 to 1996. Academically, Mike holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix-Grand Rapids and a BA in Management and Organizational Development from Spring Arbor University, complemented by a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
