Akshika Thakur

Akshika Thakur has worked in the Human Resources field since 2014. Akshika began as an HR Intern at Viom Networks Limited in 2014. In 2015, they moved to Xicom Technologies Ltd. where they served as an HR Consultant. In this role, they handled end-to-end in-house IT recruitment, sourced candidates from portals such as Naukri.com, and used social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.

Akshika Thakur completed their Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies between 2013 and 2014.
