Rinku Sharma has worked in the Human Resources field since 2014. In 2014, they worked as an IT Recruiter at Damcosoft Inc., where they were responsible for understanding requirements from clients and making searches effective. Rinku also worked as an HR Executive at Ratchet Infotech, where they managed entire recruitment for IT & Implementation, as well as manpower planning, hiring and training. In 2015, they moved to Xicom Technologies Ltd as a Sr. HR Consultant, where they handled the entire gamut of Talent Acquisition & HR activities, Manpower Requirement Analysis & Making Hiring Plans, and hunted talent via social networking.
