Kate Hewitt is a seasoned project and programme management professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as Group Director of Programme Management at Xeim since December 2019, Kate oversees projects for Econsultancy and Oystercatchers, focusing on the full project life cycle and promoting a culture of continuous learning. Previously, Kate held the position of Head of Project Management at Econsultancy and was a Business Unit Director at UBM plc for over two decades, where responsibility included achieving revenue targets and leading successful digital transformations. Kate's earlier roles at UBM also included Publisher and Operations Manager, where significant cost-saving initiatives were implemented. Kate holds a BA Hons in American & Canadian Studies from the University of Birmingham.
