Eliezer Vila-Marrero

Eliezer Vila-Marrero's work experience begins in 2004, where they served as a Pastor at Iglesia Tañedores de Cristo until 2007. In 2006, they worked as a Consultant at EDIC College. From 2008 to 2012, they held the position of Social Worker Tech & Seniors Center Interim Manager at Municipio Autónomo de Caguas. In 2014, they became the State Elderly Program Coordinator III at Puerto Rico until 2015. Eliezer then joined Norris Square Community Alliance in 2016, first as a Youth Counselor & Early Head Start Coordinator until 2018. From 2018 to 2022, they served as the Chief of Family Services, and since 2022, they have been the Director of Compliance.

Eliezer Vila-Marrero has a diverse education history. In 2022, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Theological Studies at Liberty University. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, they pursued a Master’s Degree in Public Affairs, specializing in Human Services Administration, at Universidad del Turabo. Eliezer’s educational journey began at the same university, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology from 1999 to 2006.

In addition to their formal degrees, Eliezer Vila-Marrero also holds a certification in Budgeting in Non-Profit Organizations. This certification was obtained from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, although the specific month of attainment is not provided.
