Terri Elliott-Manok

Terri Elliott-Manok is an experienced professional in the field of training and client success management, currently serving as the Training Service Manager at XIFIN, Inc. since February 2003, where responsibilities include revenue cycle management, accounts receivable analysis, system optimization, and training clients in laboratory billing practices using XIFIN's SaaS application. Prior to this, Terri was the Customer Education Manager at VitalWorks from February 1990 to October 2002, focusing on customer training in medical billing and EMR software, curriculum design, and management of nationwide education specialists. Terri holds an Associate's Degree in Medical/Clinical Assistance from Colorado Mesa University and has also pursued education at Saddleback College.
