Pouneh Soleimany

Pouneh Soleimany has a wealth of professional experience. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Design and Development Manager at P RK. In 2010, they joined Telecom Heart as a Project Management Office (PMO) Member. In 2011, they were promoted to Project Management Office (PMO) Director at RAR Ltd. From 2014-2016, they were a Master Student at Beijing Normal University, where they worked on a thesis project on the effect of subsidy reforms on income inequality and consumption. Pouneh also served as a Mathematics, Statistics, and Econometrics TA. In 2017, they were an International Elite Intern at HNA Group. Finally, in 2018, they joined Xignite as a Software Engineer. During their time there, they extracted business logic and data access logic from old API controllers, improved performance, clarified requirements, designed and implemented master data feed handlers, and developed an internal facing micro-service.

Pouneh Soleimany's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Engineering- Programming and System Analysis from Tehran university of science and culture (2003-2007), a Master's degree in Economics from Beijing Normal University (2014-2016), and a Master's degree in Computer Science and Technology from Tsinghua University (2016-2018). In addition, they hold certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMI Scheduling Professional, PMI Risk Management Professional, PMI Professional in Business Analysis, Project Management Professional, and Professional Scrum Master (PSM I)), as well as an Auditor/ Lead Auditor (ISO9001:2008) certification from the International Register of Certificated Auditors.
