Darren Blair has extensive experience in operations and technical roles, currently serving as Operations Manager at Xihelm since January 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing operational processes and improvements. Previously, Darren held the position of Robotic Field Technician, showcasing technical expertise in robotics. Prior to Xihelm, Darren worked at B&Q from March 2012 to October 2018 as a Replenishment team member, gaining valuable skills in inventory management and retail operations.
