Christina Lin

Christina Lin has extensive work experience in the medical industry. Christina is currently working at XII Medical as a Principal Quality Engineer. Prior to this, they had roles at Cordis, Medtronic, Abbott, Orthopeutics LP, and USC Biomedical Engineering. At Cordis, they held the position of Sr Principal R&D Engineer where they had dual roles in new business development and external product development. Christina also played a key role in setting up the Quality System and performing due diligence for various companies and products. At Medtronic, they worked as a Principal Design Assurance Engineer, leading multiple projects and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Christina also worked as a Senior Design Assurance Engineer, contributing to the development of Drug Coated Balloon (DCB) products and supporting FDA submissions. At Abbott, they held roles as a Manufacturing Project Engineer and a Combination Product Process Development Engineer, leading process validation efforts, development projects, and collaborating with Quality and Regulatory teams. Prior to that, they worked at Orthopeutics LP as a Research Associate, conducting tests and implementing quality systems. Christina started their career at USC Biomedical Engineering as a Research Associate, conducting independent research and managing research lab supplies.

Christina Lin has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering, which they obtained from the University of Southern California from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of California, Davis, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biological System Engineering from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including "Humble Leadership: The Power of Relationships, Openness, and Trust (getAbstract Summary)" from LinkedIn in October 2022, "Project Management Professional (PMP)" from the Project Management Institute in July 2019, and "Quality Engineer" from ASQ in December 2014.
