VP Electrical Engineering at XII Medical

Rabih Nassif has a comprehensive and extensive work experience in the field of electrical engineering.

Rabih is currently working as the VP of Electrical Engineering at XII Medical since 2022.

Prior to that, they worked at Axonics Modulation Technologies, Inc. from 2014 to 2019, where they held the position of VP of Electrical Engineering. In this role, they led the electronics design and development of an implantable Sacral Neuromodulator and its secondary devices for treating overactive bladder conditions. Rabih was also awarded several patents during their tenure.

From 2011 to 2014, Rabih served as the VP of Systems Engineering at Boston Scientific (formerly Vessix Vascular). Here, they led the design and development of electronics for RF generators and balloon catheters used for Renal Denervation to treat Uncontrolled Hypertension. Rabih was also credited with several awarded patents.

Prior to that, Rabih held the position of Director of Engineering at Cardiac Science from 2000 to 2011. Here, they were responsible for new product development and led the design and development of several novel and robust defibrillation products. Rabih was awarded several patents during their time with the company.

Before joining Cardiac Science, Rabih worked as the Manager of Electrical Engineering at Eaton Aerospace from 1996 to 2000.

Rabih started their career at Vyaire Medical (formerly Bird Products) in 1993 as a Senior Electrical Design Engineer. Here, they led the electrical design team of the T Bird ventilator, a turbine based ventilator (respirator) that revolutionized the respiratory care industry.

Overall, Rabih Nassif has demonstrated expertise and leadership in electrical engineering throughout their career, with notable achievements and numerous awarded patents in the medical device industry.

Rabih Nassif obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Design from California State University, Long Beach, completing their studies between the years 1980 and 1984.
